Senior Production Planner and Scheduler · Managed acquired Airborne brand
and multiple skus. New plant was created to take away co-pack
production and bring production to SLC, UT. Worked with R&D, project management,
validation teams, operations, procurement and packaging to create new
production schedule as well as organized efforts to build on new presses and
equipment in-house. Worked to create new product launches of multiple
Airborne skus. No forecasted or historical data was available after
acquisition of brand, worked with demand planning, marketing and the sales
team to create a liquid but viable production plan on a seasonal brand. · International production of 25+
skus with an inaccurate forecast, worked with operations and sales to move
these items to BTO and not follow the forecast. Adjusted lead times and
created MOQ’s for the customer in order to not over produce on bulk or bring
in extra components for finished goods production, also to contain WIP held
on bulk/tablet production. · Scheduled bulk and finished good
planning weekly to avoid customer cuts to PFR (Pack Fill Rate). Worked with
procurement, operations, production, customer service, transportation and
demand planning to deploy inventory to the four logistic centers, while
keeping WOC (Weeks of Cover) in the LC’s between 3-5 weeks to account
for swing in demand and forecasted demand from various customers
(i.e..Wal-mart, Walgreens, Target, Rite-Aid, Costco, Sam’s and BJ Wholesale). (2009-2011) 3PL

Advantage brand. Worked with co-packers to ship product to an Ohio
3PL. This was a new process for the company. I created a made
from scratch plan that I owned. Created a way to transmit EDI orders
from SLC to the 3PL, organized LTL, FedEx and dedicated transportation from
the 3PL to customers across the US and Internationally. Measured
on-time deliveries and PFR and reported back to the 3PL and freight carriers
